Recent Success Story                       Vacant Home Staging in Bedford                         Sold at first Open House

What was done:  Owners completed well thought out upgrades resulting in a home which has all the features expected in its price range and reflects current trends in style.  Transformations provided paint colours and full staging of the principal rooms and baths.

Sophisticated colours  and styling indicate this is the room where the grownups entertain.

Warm colours and comfortable furnishings make you want to curl up in front of the fire.

Occupied Home Staging in Kingswood S/D

What was done:  Owners had recommended painting and maintenance done prior to full home staging using their existing furnishings with the addition of items purchased for the owners for their continued use in their new home.

REDECORATED HOME IN KINGSWOOD S/D

What was done:   Trades were sourced to upgrade moldings and paint after a new colour scheme was chosen, new carpets and window treatments were selected and installed,  furniture layouts were designed and new furniture and accessories purchased.

Starter Home, Dartmouth Subdivision

What was done:   The owners carried out upgrades suited to an entry level home.  Transformations provided paint colours  and full staging designed to appeal to young first time home buyers.

Area rug was removed, furnishings were edited and rearranged to maximize space in what is a small formal living room.

Personal photos and collections were edited, area rug was added to create colour flow to the living room and contemporary wall décor was added.

Retaining the bed only, night tables, lamps, art, area rug  and greenery  were added to bring the bedroom up to meet current  expectations of a master bedroom as stylish retreat.

A pair of antique armchairs were retained adding another dimension to an essentially modern redesign.

Starting as a modest update the family room ended up as a complete makeover awaiting only that perfect piece of art over the sofa.  Warm colours and comfortable furniture  headed the wish list for this room.

From a characterless box to an inviting, modern room.  The right amount of furnishings make the room look larger than it did when empty.

A trendy bistro set is showing seating for four in this eat-in kitchen and accessories are injecting warmth.
